Our stay at Excelsior Hotel & Spa was exceptional. We were impressed by the soft and comfortable bed, pillows, mattress, and blanket in our room. The amenities like tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch. The bathroom amenities were also great, with clean towels, bathrobe, and slippers provided. The staff at the hotel were friendly, knowledgeable, and always polite. Special thanks to Kamandar at Reception for being particularly helpful and friendly. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service to the central part of the city every hour. The recreational facilities, including a large swimming pool and spa treatments, were top-notch. And not to forget, the breakfast was delicious. Excelsior Hotel & Spa definitely offers great value for money.

The room was loud because of wind. Baku is a windy city and the wind could make a lot of noise in the room. Breakfast was poor. Location was not good.

The hotel offered a free shuttle service, which was a convenient way to get around as the hotel is located away from the city center. There was also a supermarket nearby where we could buy food and keep it in the room's fridge. the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing great service.
There was a lack of food choices and variety. , our room was not properly cleaned and when we requested water, it never arrived.
